Jason Jones

Managing Director

With over 30 years' experience in senior management and sales, Jason joined InCarTec in 2021 and is our Managing Director. Alongside Jo, our Finance Director, he leads the InCarTec team, with a shared focus on developing the business, creating new opportunities and driving its continued growth and success.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys theatre, concerts and travelling, as well as spending time with his family. He is a regular at the gym and enjoys walking in the Lake District. His love of Batman is perhaps only rivalled by his dedication to the mighty Spurs.

Jo Hall

Finance Director

With over 30 years' experience in finance, Jo joined InCarTec in 2020 and is our Finance Director. Together with Jason, our Managing Director, she helps lead the InCarTec team and the day-to-day running of the business, sharing responsibility for its direction, development and continued growth and success.

Outside of work, Jo and her husband love to travel, particularly cruising, and have visited more than 35 countries, with plenty more still on the list. When she's not planning their next adventure, Jo enjoys spending time with her family and has a keen interest in psychology and exploring the supernatural.

Kerry Price

Inventory & Purchasing Manager

With 25 years of experience in inventory and distribution, including a decade specialising in purchasing, Kerry has built a career around operational accuracy, supplier collaboration, and strategic growth.

Kerry joined InCarTec in 2021 as Inventory & Purchasing Manager, focusing on supplier relationships, inventory accuracy, and business growth.

Outside of work, Kerry spends a lot of time coaching his daughter's football team, which he absolutely loves. When he's not on the side of a pitch, he's happiest soaking up the sun somewhere warm with his family, relaxing by the pool with a Mai Tai in hand and enjoying some well-earned downtime together.

Sam Johns

Website & Marketing Manager

Sam has been part of the InCarTec team for eight years, joining as a Warehouse Operative after graduating in Graphic Design and progressing to his current role as Website & Marketing Manager. Having worked across different areas of the business, Sam has developed a strong understanding of both InCarTec and the car audio industry. Alongside website and marketing, he plays a key role in researching and sourcing new products, working closely with customers and suppliers to identify new opportunities and develop our product range.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys running, exploring new places, playing football and spending time with his partner and their two young children.

Mark Johns

Stores Manager

With over 15 years at InCarTec, Mark has a wealth of experience across the business, having worked in a variety of roles including packing, production, goods in and purchasing. Now our Stores Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, stores and despatch departments.

Mark and the warehouse team ensure orders are despatched efficiently, quality control standards are maintained and stock is managed accurately, ultimately helping to ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time.

Outside of work, Mark and his wife enjoy taking part in parkrun, supporting Exeter City and spending time with their two young children.

Dave Beggs

Sales & Account Manager

Dave joined InCarTec in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years' experience in sales, hospitality and customer service. As our Sales & Account Manager, he works closely with both our trade and retail customers and is a familiar face to those visiting our showroom. With his extensive knowledge of our product range, Dave is on hand to share his expertise, offer advice and find the right solutions for our customers.

Outside of work, Dave is a huge football fan and enjoys both watching and playing the game. Most importantly, he enjoys spending his free time with his family.
